What we do?

We are the first port of call for any UK customer telephoning MDL. Our job roles include:

•Process orders
•Handle queries and claims
•Process return requests
•Track orders
•Update Customer data file
•Liaise with warehouse, customers and publishers with regard to special requirements – i.e. delivery deadlines, packing requirements
•Answer all manner of customer enquiries.
