Key Accounts Coordinator - Basingstoke (FTC 12 months)
Are you passionate about providing first rate customer service and support in an established team?
Our Customer Services team is seeking to recruit an experienced Key Accounts Coordinator on a fixed-term 12 months contract, based at our commercial offices at Basingstoke. Reporting directly to the Key & Speciality Accounts Manager, you will take full ownership of all aspects of managing designated Key Accounts.
This is a varied and challenging position which will involve:
Managing orders to ensure strict adherence to service levels while monitoring warehouse despatch performance
Promptly resolving queries and claims to facilitate payment
Managing EDI requirements and actively participating in technical change management processes
Scheduling and managing customer meetings, including producing minutes and tracking action points.
You will ideally have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
Strong understanding of inventory management operating systems
Recent experience key accounts management
Flexible and willing attitude, able to work within a team environment
Demonstrate attention to detail
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (preferably 2010)
Experience of working in a fast paced customers services environment
Used to dealing with SLAs and tight deadlines with changing customer demands
This is an exciting role which requires strong interpersonal skills, initiative and the ability to work with limited supervision, plus the flexibility to cope with a varied workload. Knowledge of the complexities of the publishing distribution market would be a bonus!

The position is 35 hours per week and hours of work are 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
